It is no longer news that NYSc stop PCMs from selecting some states they will like to CAMP/serve during registration, hence the only way to ensure that a pcm is posted to his/her desired State is through direct posting.

Direct posting isn't free as it comes with a Price to be paid to ensure it All worked out as expected.
