Kumuyi knocks Deeper Life choristers for wearing male jackets, worldly dance at crusade
“But whatever people do to me, whatever people do in my presence, I’ve made up my mind to continue with the heavenly vision.” The General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Kumuyi, has lambasted female choristers for wearing male jackets and dancing in 'worldly fashion' at a recent crusade held by the church. Kumuyi and some senior pastors were in Bayelsa for the ministry’s global crusade themed, ‘Full redemption for all through Christ’ where he tongue-lashed female choristers for their dressing and dance. He expressed disapproval of the female chorister’s mode of dressing and style of dancing.
